This Mobile Windshield and Beyond Repair Company is dishonest, I scheduled a windshield repair, gave my credit card to secure the next day appointment, only to cancel the same day and was still charged the initial $99.00. After calling several times and Mr. Josh, not taking my calls to ask for a refund, I used my wife's phone to call Mr. Josh, who answered and would not refund my credit card. I'm now pursuing a Dispute with credit card company. USER'S BEWARE: THIS WINDSHIELD REPAIR AND BEYOND COMPANY IS DEFENITLY DISHONEST!!
I paid Josh $380 upfront to replace my windshield, with the job scheduled for the next day. After taking my payment, he didn’t show up and couldn’t commit to rescheduling. When I asked for a refund, he refused and has since gone completely silent, ignoring all calls and messages. I still have not received my money back. Be very careful before trusting him with your business or your money.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT TO JOSHUA. I am so glad I dogged a bullet. Joshua wouldn't stop talking and rude over the phone when I was called to inquire on windshield replace. I felt something wasn't right but I said I was interested. Immediately he asked for my credit card info to charge upfront.
