I paid Josh $380 upfront to replace my windshield, with the job scheduled for the next day. After taking my payment, he didn’t show up and couldn’t commit to rescheduling. When I asked for a refund, he refused and has since gone completely silent, ignoring all calls and messages. I still have not received my money back. Be very careful before trusting him with your business or your money.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT TO JOSHUA. I am so glad I dogged a bullet. Joshua wouldn't stop talking and rude over the phone when I was called to inquire on windshield replace. I felt something wasn't right but I said I was interested. Immediately he asked for my credit card info to charge upfront. Friendly, quick response and best price. Great communication on time and professional. Will definitely recommend
Joshua confirmed our price out the door to be $390.00 for a window replacement (all details provided make model, pictures ) when his installer arrived he tried to up charge adding on $60.00. We then agreed on original quote for $390.00 and I sent Zelle payment as agreed for $390.00 and he also charged my credit card $450.00. He now refuses to refund my charges and has been avoiding my calls. I would not use someone so untrustworthy with credit card information.
