Absolutely worst customer service experience. Registered online for a quote, they call and hang up within in seconds, I called back the lady that answered had the worst attitude and seemed that she was not bothered for her job.
I don't recommend. I received a small crack in my windscreen and get the chip fixed asap with MWT. After the chip repair was completed, the small crack looked no different. The very next day the crack doubled in size. It has taken over a month to sort out my complaint I sent through, and finally after I had to chase up in total 3 times.. they offer the resolution to take the crack repair fee off the total windscreen replacement fee.
