I texted him directly 2 weeks ago to do a tire rotation and bearing repack and he said sure and to call the office which I did and scheduled it for today. All of a sudden this morning the lady calls and lets me know he suddenly doesn't do bearing repacks on location and that I would have to bring it in which kind of nullifys the whole mobile RV repair thing.
