My sister is in an assisted living facility and for the 2nd time in 8 months the optometrist with mobile vision partners examined her without contacting me first. I am her HCS. Florida Blue was billed for oh if network services and I have no info on what was done nor can I get any one to answer their phone. She already had/has an in-network optometrist. Not great policy!
Went into the facility my mom is in and ripped off Medicare for an eye exam and other stuff. She's 94 with dementia. I'm POA and clearly listed as such, but they said I was only listed as emergency contact so they didn't bother to call me before seeing her. Don't use these people.
