Such bad customer service, where is the greeting? How can we help you? Not even the doctor acknowledge me or my pet! All they wanted was their $500 deposit cause I didnt call before going. Went somewhere else where they happily help us... you just lost a customer and earned a bad review.
I have come here for years and every experience has been amazing. My dog had an emergency and I called the office Thursday morning at 8am telling them my dog needed to be seen bc something was wrong and I didn't know what. They said I could bring him in right away. They were fully booked but said I could drop him off anyway. I dropped him off at 9:30am and the doctor called me before I even made it home. He called at 9:50am to tell me my dog was already examined and what was wrong. He needed surgery, and the doctor performed... read more
Most important thing- they do have Ultrasound and long open hours. They also able to make appointments on the nearest day. Thanks God, they helped my cats through the trouble days.And it’s important when something happens. Nice and friendly stuff. And the Health plan for your pet can be affordable option for treatment with discount.
