I had been a customer over 6 years ago I have 2 dogs and today I sadly have to look for another place to bring my dogs I always got good service from everyone in the past I don’t know what have changed now that the lady in the front was so rude and refused me the service. Hopefully this msg get to management because thats ruining your loyal customers
Super friendly staff, super clean, and the staff is very informative my baby loves the staff.
Arrived at opening time on Saturday morning because my pup chewed her foot raw. It was swollen as well and I could tell she was just very uncomfortable. The office staff was so welcoming. They told me it might be a while but would do their best to find a way to squeeze me in. It didn’t take very long. The office staff was so warm and welcoming first thing in the morning. we brought our little cutie here and they were so amazing to him! he had a little cold and they took care of him and got him right in. irene and natasha at the front desk were so friendly and helpful
