Such amazing, friendly staff! This was my first time here, but I was made to feel so welcomed. Natasha and Irene are sweethearts, and I will definitely be bringing my kitties and future fur babies here for all their needs! <3

From the moment we walked in, Irene & Natasha at the front desk made us feel welcome and cared for—she went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It's a shame the wait is endless, luckily the reception staff are really professional. I went there once and I would NEVER go back.
They have an excellent customer service great people
They took care of our babygirl Chloe when she had a bout of pancreatitis & our Vet was closed... THX! Expensive but that comes with having furry babies. Wish they were more informative with what to expect after we got home especially when I asked. I feel like they made a diagnosis & went with it & really didn't listen to any of the symptoms we found & told them she was having.
