Barbara was so nice and compassionate towards us. We had decided that day to put our beloved kitty, Gus, to rest after a sharp decline. She agreed to come that same day. When she got to us, she explained very clearly how everything would work. She did tell us that the first shot, that sedates them, will be a bit painful. We were a little shocked at how much our cat jumped at this shot, it looked like it was very painful for him which was difficult to watch.
