In times of doubt and sorrow Louisa and Francisco were very compassionate and understanding, patient and gentle. Saying goodbye to our old boy was very hard . Louisa gave us reassurance in our decision and comfort in our familys transition to letting go of our beautiful Jed.
Cannot thank Louisa and Francisco enough for being so so compassionate and understanding and kind when we needed them last week at the end of our dear dog Bella's life. Your kind words and letter in the following days really means a lot to us. Mobile Vet Animal Hospital in South Grafton. Louisa and Francisco are amazing and the most friendly, compassionate and approachable, people I have met in this industry. They had never met my little boy Dash who had an abnormal growth on his back for several year, my bad, They attended to my boy with so much love and compassion. A huge shout out to Mobile Vet Animal Hospital here in South Grafton. Louisa and Francisco are two of the kindest people I have met in a long time. Their care of my darling cat in his final moments was outstanding, and their continued care for my wellbeing in this tough period is above and beyond. Do yourself a favour - if you need a vet for any reason, call them. They are wonderful.
