There are hardly enough words to express the depth of compassion provided by Louisa. She truly is the most beautiful advocate for both pets and their owners. In times of doubt and sorrow Louisa and Francisco were very compassionate and understanding, patient and gentle. Saying goodbye to our old boy was very hard . Louisa gave us reassurance in our decision and comfort in our familys transition to letting go of our beautiful Jed.
