Don't waste your time or money avoid at all costs! Took my car in for a turbo replacement by Tom had nothing but issues since. So decided to take my car to a different mechanic. He told me that the turbo hadn't been even been replaced or not at least with a new one. I was suspicious of this myself beforehand and requested recipes on numerous occasions and they was never provided. Not very helpful poor communication list goes on. She yourself the stress
Half and half work done, damaged my car, put the brake pads upside down, a mechanic for crying out loud. A shame of a mechanic, refused to come fix it. Unreliable and unrepentant. Be careful out there guys
SHOULD BE 0 STARS AVOID AVOID AVOID Told me on Monday he could fix my clutch by Wednesday afternoon, as we were away thursday night for the weekend. This wasn't the case. After poor time keeping, numerous excuses and poor communication my car was finally supposedly ready to drive dinner time the Friday. Costing me a night's holiday! Was Tom bothered? Course he wasn't. Did he test drive the car to make sure it was OK? Course he didn't. He may have fixed the clutch but in doing so messed up 2nd gear. Cue lots of messing about ... read more
Came and plugged my car in and happy to take £65 off me to diagnose the issue, then very poor communications with many no shows. Only stuck with it for as long as I did cause of the promise the £65 would come off my final bill. Had another mechanic come out to look at it who diagnosed what he thought was the issue but this was different to what this guy had told me. Clearly had no intentions of fixing the car or didn't really know how to not quite sure which either way messed me around for a week and left me with no car. Abs... read more
