Highly recommended. Jay is professional and very easy to deal with. I had a puncture from a pothole late Sunday evening. I sent Jay a message and he got back to me shortly afterwards and talked me through my options. He happily worked around my schedule and the next day at lunch time, I had my tyre replaced. He removed my tyre in the pouring rain (knowing how important it was for me to have the tyre replaced).
