Good communication at all times. Staff polite and. reassuring. Was kept informed about time of arrival. Sent photos and location on WhatsApp which worked really well. The fitter was speedy and efficient. Got the job done with no fuss or time wasted. An excellent service. A tricky situation was resolved and I was soon on my way, confident I was safe.
