These people could care less if they fix your tire or not. I'm not sure how they even stay in business. The customer service is rude.
I called to see if my car had been towed here after a car accident I had because no one told me where it had been towed. The man who answered the phone was VERY rude and barely even listened to what I was saying before he told me that my car wasn't there, without even asking the kind of car I had and just seemed like he had no interest at all in helping me.
