Absolute rude in talking. Extra high sense of self-importance. It is not human service but pretending that you owe them something and they do a favor for you. Don't ever take a service from them, better to stuck at roadside than work with this guys.
our 2018 Cascadia had air system issues on 9/3/2025, so we called Justin for repair.after 30 minutes he arrived but told us the truck needed to be towed to a repair shop because the air compressor was broken and he doesn’t handle compressor repairs. so ,we called a tow and waited until the next day. The shop inspected the truck and found it was just a leaking hose—the compressor was working fine. I’m so speechless when i heard about this !! Said I needed 2 new batteries, he agreed to come and replace, then called back and cancelled said he was done for the day.
Poor Customer service and very rude over the phone
Worst service ever! The mechanic knows nothing about trucks. Do not lose your time and money with them!
