If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. They were completely disorganized, unresponsive, and clearly had no respect for anyone’s time. Deadlines were ignored, communication was terrible, and the level of disrespect was honestly shocking.
I just moved here from Miami. I work in dialysis & can't miss work. I came out to a flat. I called 30 places for almost 2 days. It was no or we can't help you. This gentleman said, "I can't say for certain I can get out today. But I can get out tomorrow." He doesn't even know what is wrong with my tire or if something he can fix on site himself. But he was willing to come all the way out to help me. That's customer service. I will keep you posted on the service I receive as well. But so far? I'm happy and grateful. And know ... read more
