Jason came out promptly and resolved the issue, got us back on the road quickly on our 5th wheel. He offered solutions and explained why the previous installation of the shocks did not work well causing the issues.

1 star — I would give zero if I could. We paid Jason Carl/Wicked Truck Service $6,000 cash in May 2026 for an engine replacement on my husband’s truck. We were told the job would take approximately three weeks. Instead, we spent months getting excuse after excuse and repeated claims that the truck was being worked on, was nearly ready, or was running and driving.
