All right place if you break down on the side of the road and need somebody to work on your truck
First of all, I think is very disrespectful that you commented my review is fake. I'm giving this place a one star because I broke down on the side of a highway on Texas and this business came on the google map search. I called this place to see if I can take my trailer there to get it fix and the customer service that I received over the phone was horrible. The poor suggestion that I got from this place was to stay and spend the night on the side of the highway until you could order the piece that was needed to fix my trail... read more
Part of our fleet operates in the Dallas, TX area and Mobile Truck Medic is the service team we call for absolutely any issues our vehicles have. We've had them out on dozens of occasions to service our fleet and have zero complaints about their work. These guys are constantly going out of their way to make sure our needs are met. They do amazing work and we could not recommend them enough.
Our rooftop air conditioner broke mid vacation on our RV. Not a good thing to happen when in Dallas in the summer! We called Mobile Truck Medic and didn't even have to leave the lake. They came out and fixed our AC and got us cool and enjoying our trip again. The technician was very professional and did a great job. The secretary was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks again for the help!
The place is a lil shady , i had a tire put on my work. After drive down that street I noticed that truck wobble very hard. I call them and tell them the issue. As I driving back . .they call me an tell me to hurry up because the want to close. Well I get there in the nick of time .. I ask them did you balance that tire that you installed ( this is a state regulation ) he says “ No, we don’t balance tires”.
