Ben and co were really onto it. Came to the caravan park and carried out the service. An issue was identified and options were presented. We took the replacement which was carried out the next morning. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
Got my camper trailer serviced today, ready for our trip mid year, The knowledge and professionalism was outstanding, great in-depth of the process and went over everything to show me how it all looked. Even recommended any spare parts worth carrying just in case something goes wrong while I’m interstate. Highly recommended
If I could give more stars I would. Ben and Kev were so friendly and did a really great job. Our car trailer brakes were faulty from word go and dangerous but, these two replaced a lot of parts and got it running like a new trailer. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much.
Didn’t show up on first booked day then was a few hours late the next time. Quotes for a hole list of things and basically only did the bearings. Didn’t fix the lights and wiring. Said the trailer needed new brakes but didn’t have any so booked another time for him to come out. He never showed again and no contact 3 weeks later I called him and booked yet another time and yet again didn’t show and no contact. Would not recommend at all. Total waste of money.
