I can’t thank Robert enough! My fridge in our Class C RV wasn’t working and we are leaving for Disney on Sunday with my adult children and our 10 month old granddaughter, so we desperately needed a new fridge installed ASAP. He somehow fit us in today and we now have a working fridge. 100% satisfied and greatly for his service
Robert was a lifesaver and so professional. He came out in a pinch when I could not find a warranty tech to come to my location. He was very thorough and diagnosed the issue right away. He came back the next day to install the new part to ensure I had hot water after fighting with the manufacturer for two weeks (brand new unit). He is the real deal. He knows his stuff and really cares about his customers.
I recently had an experience with this service that left me quite disappointed. Initially, the representative was very professional over the phone and assured me that he could accommodate my request by scheduling an appointment at 6:00 p.m. I coordinated with an associate to meet him at my RV, as I am currently in Michigan and had returned home for the season. Robert was a life savor for us. I called him about our furnace not working. We’re in Florida at the coldest time with temperature lows in the 30’s. Due to the circumstances he gave us priority and came the next morning. He was diligent to complete the repairs making sure we were up and running. He followed up the next day to make sure we were still good. Really happy with Robert as a tech and as a good person and would definitely recommend him.
Mobile Toy Doctor is the real deal. I had about three different issues and I called Robert to see if he could help me. I got his phone machine and like all phone machines - it said he would return my call. Hmmmm, but within a very short span of time, my phone was ringing and Robert was ready to hear my issues.
