Robert is awesome!!! We had a propane problem that caused us not to be able to use our motorhome furnace. We are in Central Florida during the worst frigid weather they've had in years. The temperature that night was going to be 21 degrees!!! Robert tackled the job head on and had our heat working again in no time. We did not freeze to death. Thank you Robert. We recently purchased a “new to us” used 2019 Class C Sprinter Van style motorhome. Before we left home everything was checked out by several different people and all was well. While staying at Thousand Trails Orlando Rv Park the very first night after my shower all was well. When my wife took her shower she said “Where’s the hot water?”. It’s not if, but when, an older RV needs repair. Mr Robert the Mobile Toy Doctor has gone above and beyond, not only solving our RV problems, but also professionally and courteously making himself available to assist other RV and fifth wheel owners who approached him when they saw his van at our site. Robert went "above and beyond" to get our water heater repaired/replaced. The blower motor failed and the part was out of stock at the manufacturer. Robert made several attempts to find a local source for the blower before convincing Lippert to replace the entire unit under warranty. After making 3 trips to our RV, Robert got the hot water flowing again. Thank you for your persistence in solving our problem.
