The crystal lake site refused to accept our 15yr old who is non verbal and severely autistic and in dire need of behavioral therapy. They based thier decision on not having facilities or training to handle his behavior needs. They were polite but its extremely disappointing that they are like so many who only accept the young or those who dont have behaviors that ABA is designed to help.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but after nearly a year since my daughter left this facility, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I agree with the other low ratings here. When my daughter started, her BCBA was supervising her virtually while she was at the facility. This meant no one was physically supervising the assistants working with her. This company excels in every aspect—excellent therapists and outstanding communication across the board. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with children who could benefit from their services.

This place is truly awful. I hope this place goes out of business. I hope management and HR lose their jobs and struggle profusely. Between the borderline abuse of children, there is absolutely no care for the workers or the children or anyone else except for managers. The management there care ONLY about keeping money in their pockets. I cannot believe how greedy people can be in a line of work dedicated to helping children in need. This company is a joke. Do not work here, upper management and HR do not care about your hours or stability. I asked for 20-25 hours asked never once were they honored. They are consistently hiring new people and cutting other peoples hours. I know a couple of people want to quit as well due to the cut of their hours and are only staying there for experience and plan on quitting.
