We took our Jeep and insurance company estimate for body work to Mobile Techs. The owner, Luis Ferrer, said he had a lot of experience, would deal with the insurance company and get the car fixed right. When we went to pick it up, neither the blinkers nor the horn worked, the hood was crooked, and the front end was uneven. That was what we could tell in the dark. He did more work. If you’re thinking of doing business with this company, DONT. Unless you like to work for FREE! And not get paid for parts and services that you provided. MONTHS of chasing payments and we’re being ignored, hung up on and lied to. From one small business to another, this is NOT how you run an honest and successful business!
We have done business with Mobile Techs for the last year, we were their auto glass & wrap vendor. Although they have never been great at paying 90 days +, if you like to chase people for your money, send multiple emails, get hung up on when asking for accounts payable or being told the owner LUIS is travelling and cannot pay his bills, this is the company for you.
