Poor customer service and very arrogant staff
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mobile Techs. To put it bluntly, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. Trying to get in touch with them was like pulling teeth. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and when I finally did manage to get through to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, we have experienced a poor transaction with this company. Despite delivering high-quality work on time and meeting all the agreed-upon terms, Mobile techs failed to meet their payment obligations. I do not recommend doing business with this mechanic.
