You'll notice most of the positive reviews are less than four words and usually very similar. There's a reason for that. MTI has the most cult-like office culture I've ever seen barring Walmart's morning shift. Layoffs are posted every quarter, upper managers change titles annually, and employees are encouraged to have their lunch in the same room as the company store complete with 300% markup. Awful company to work for especially in HQ. They make the 'cult' stand out in work culture. Completely without integrity.
Laid off someone that worked 5 years and worked 2 other jobs just to keep up with the unstable hours he was given (would sometime go 2 weeks with no hours) but was impossible when you're finding out you're working the night before and the incompetent managers that were there not even having hotels ready or rental cars ready. He paid hundreds in over data charges because they have you use your phone when you're out on jobs for surveys but unlike professional jobs don't provide you with a phone or reimburse you.
