Eric (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of vehicles. I brought my 2006 a3 Audi into him with oil pressure issues and he was able to diagnose it and repair it quite fast. The service and transparency was remarkable as most other mechanics would just say, "he's what's wrong" after 5 days of silence. He provided pictures and was texting regularly with his reports and I was expecting to pay half of what I posted for my car in labor cost but he actually is quite fair and transparent with it all. Insanely helpful. We had a cat stuck in our engine bay, and after being turned down for liability concerns by 9 other mobile mechanics, Eric came out and got the cat out of there faster than I could set up a transport vehicle to the emergency vet.
