Just as the other customer said, only one star because it’s impossible to give a zero. Not only did this lady charge us $400 for someone who did not bring much in nor really received anything back but she also completely messed up our bank information. Due to the fact that we never received our money, we called her to let her know that IRS stated our bank information was wrong and that it needed to be corrected so they could direct deposit our checks. I regret that this doesn’t have the option for zero stars Unbelievable. This was by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience my son has ever had while trying to get his and my (his Dad) taxes done. He arrived with only one person ahead of him, yet the tax preparer wasted time chatting instead of doing her job.
