Emilda has been taking care of my taxes for more than 20 years. She is the most knowledgeable, fair and personable tax professional I have ever met. That's why the majority of her clients come back year after year. She makes the chore of completing taxes easy and fun with her efficiency and quick wit. I regret that this doesn’t have the option for zero stars Unbelievable. This was by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience my son has ever had while trying to get his and my (his Dad) taxes done. He arrived with only one person ahead of him, yet the tax preparer wasted time chatting instead of doing her job. Only because I can't give 0 stars. Rude rude rude. Let her do my taxes once and was audited because she likes to add stuff that cannot be accounted for. She has also had IRS troubles already from messing with other peoples taxes.
