This is the first time I filed my taxes here (I had originally filed my taxes with Ron, the previous owner) and I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable Alejandro was. I made an appointment, he reviewed my paperwork and double checked everything. Overall I felt like my taxes were handled correctly and safely, and I felt that I was treated well and respectfully.
