I brought in my pixel 7 pro for a screen repair. Expecting you to take a day or two fix. They were able to get it done in half an hour! The quick turnaround is easily the most convenient part.
I specifically asked if it replacing my screen would make my phone work like new again and I was told yes. The Face ID doesn’t work, which I now understand but it was not explained to me that there would be features that wouldn’t work even though I asked. Also the screen flickers which I didn’t notice until I got home and the touch response is off. I tried to call and the business’s number doesn’t work. My laptop snapped and was given a quick response to come in. Walter helped me out! He has broken English but was very sweet and did what he could. Appreciate given a solution and not turned away. I was referred here by my dad who got his phone screen cracked a year ago. Remember he really enjoyed his experience.
