Jacob is awesome tech support. He's fixed our computers as well as our phones. He knows several phones out there and helped me make sure I bought the phone that was best for me. He fixed the charging port on my galaxy 4 in less then 10 minutes. Most importantly Jake is honest and hard working. He will always give you a fair price.

I wish there were more than 5 stars. I recently had a very bad phone experience and it was Jacob Mead to the rescue. I live in North Carolina and mailed my phone to him on a Thursday and I got my phone back repaired and looking fantastic all within a week. I absolutely love the way he fixed my phone and went the extra mile to even do some cosmetic work to it....SOOOOOO five stars is really not enough, all I can say is Thank You Jacob for a job well done. I would recommend your business to everyone.
