Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. Agent called me a liar and would not back up their work. 100% do not go here.
RecommendedFast and fair priced. They noticed the battery needed replaced as well as the screen and only charged labor for the replacement of the battery. In and out in 30 minutes.
No they only buy unlocked devices even though they use to buy carrier-locked phones. Carrier locks used to be cheaper but I guess its only about making more money. 1/10 would not recommend, employee was completely rude and unprofessional. Will not be retuning. Even tho the first guy who helped me was great.
With everything going on, we aren’t leaving our house much especially with having 2 little ones and they came and delivered a phone to me! Over shipping it since I lived close!!! Super great customer service!
