Horrible, will not return phone calls for service, I’ve tried several times and leave a voicemails and he never returns the call. Would allow him to work on it now at this point.
As always Tom does an excellent job shows up on time and is fair with this pricing. I would highly recommend Tom for any hot tub repairs
Tom half completed the repair on our tub...left saying he needed more parts and stopped taking my calls or responding to texts....Don't get taken for a ride by this clown....
Tom has been nothing but excellent! He is quick to respond, had our hot tub repaired within a week, where other companies were estimating 2 weeks before they could come look at our spa. He also gave us an honest estimate, and options of multiple replacement products. He has been very knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of for follow up questions! Thank you, Tom!! I will definitely be recommending you!
