July 21, 2023 - At the request of Mobile Sounds, I emailed Mobile Sounds about 4-5 weeks ago and have not received a reply. Here is the second part of my review. If the original offer had a deadline that was so life and death, why didn’t Paul mention the deadline when he originally presented the offer or at least call me and ask me what I wanted to do before the offer “expired”? I recently took in my 2015 Acura MDX to get a touch screen replaced that had cracked. After the initial repair, my screen worked for only a day then stopped working again. The staff ordered another replacement screen and replaced it again free of charge. I found their pricing very fair and reasonable and their staff friendly and professional.
