I wish I could post about their customer service, but I haven't received any despite leaving messages for one of their staff to get back to me about sourcing an amp for my car. This was something he had offerred to do once I had gotten the diagnostics done to confirm the issue, but despite calling since June 26th I have had no response. I'm so disappointed.
I recently upgraded the audio system in my Toyota Tundra, and the results are absolutely astounding, thanks to Larry and his incredible team at MSC! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. A special shoutout to Colin for his expert advice throughout the process—it made all the difference. If you’re looking for a phenomenal audio upgrade, look no further than MSC. Highly recommend!

5 stars is NOT enough. Right from the first phone call, I was so impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Colin was. Apparently I’m in the 1% of people who still use satellite radio, and my new vehicle didn’t come with it.
