Terrible. They sold my sister in law the wrong charging cube, with USB-C connection rather than regular USB. No excuse as she had the brand new phone including cord with her, and they looked at it. When she went back to exchange it a couple days later, they didn't have the correct cord, but kept her money anyway, citing 'no refunds'. I understand their policy is 'exchange only within 7 days, no refunds', but they sold her the wrong item. Not an honorable nor ethical practice.
Le pire service! Je laisse le 20 décembre mon iPad Pro pour changer l’écran ,il est tombé, et batterie qui ne fonctionnait plus qu’à 80%. Je le récupère une semaine après. Mais il ne tient pas la charge plus d’une journée quand il est éteint. Je ramène l’iPad pro, ils me disent qu’ils l’ont envoyé au labo. Au 2 mai, l’Ipad pro n’a jamais été au labo bien que j’appelle toutes les deux semaines depuis 5 mois pour faire avancer la situation je ne sais pas si je vais le récupérer un jour… j’ai dépensé plus de 500$ et ne voit tou... read more
