I had to drive to the mobile snap stores 4 times meaning 8 hours of driving in total plus the time it took to repair when they could finally repair it. I called on the week to make sure they had the screen and set up a time on Sunday October 26th I was going to bring the phone to be repaired, I get there and there was no repairman on shift, I then went on the Tuesday October 28th and waited from 9 till 9:15 and no employee showed up to work, I then went back on Sunday November 2nd and AGAIN no repairman on shift, they direct... read more
