What a great experience! I went in with my husband's unusual model of android phone. One of the sim card gates was broken and it was having problems with a faulty SD card. On my own phone the screen protector was broken. My case was falling apart. The gentleman there was very helpful and the price for everything was quite reasonable! Thanks Mobile Snap for great customer service.
I had a repair order with this store through Roger's and their device protection plan. Called the store the first time and they immediately suggested I go to a different location as they didn't have the part. The rep later said he'd order the part and call me the next day and was about to hang up without even asking me my name or my phone model or anything at all???? Not sure what part he was going to order without any information at all? Lol. After I provide my details and phone model he says he'll call me back. A week goes... read more
