I called and they hung up on me. Then they called me back…. and hug up on me AGAIN!!! Funny that a “communications company” can’t communicate properly. Guess I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated. Edit - I was called back again by the rep, so it seems a technical glitch and he made the effort to call back so I adjusted the review. Thank you. However, I find the cost of repair to be more than I can afford.
Absolutely terrible experience! They be scamming everybody! I bought a new iPhone 16 pro max two days ago and I went to them to install screen protector and camera protector, I told them I want to see the product first and then you can install it, they opened the package and then forced me to buy it and I bought them for 40$ ( it’s not worth more than 10$) I said ok not a big deal only 40 dollors. had a horrible experience with Mobile Snap at CF Fairview Mall, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I felt I was scammed. My charging port was not working properly and ask the guy on the kiosk. He was polite and ask me to lean the port I said ok. Until now everything is ok, however he didnt inform me about the service charge it was like 5 mins job he just spit - blew on my phone, eventually charging port got cleaned but I paid $35 for 5 mins job sir it equals to 420$ per hour there no such earning plus sir why did... read more
Hi everyone, my rogers plan was done and my device was damaged, so I tried to book and appointment through likewise link, and they booked me a service repair for this store, and they really helped me to get my phone in weekend and in rush hours only in one hour, THANK YOU MOBILE SNAP
Owais replaced the screen on my S23 Ultra and installed a proper screen protector so I don't break my screen again. Great service, great communication, phone looks and works as good as new! Thanks Owais!
