They did a great job finding and replacing my battery on an older OnePlus. Great staff, great attitudes.
The guy was really good he replaced my screen within half and hr its just a his experience I really like the way he handled the situation, maybe his name was Owais thank.
I called and they hung up on me. Then they called me back…. and hug up on me AGAIN!!! Funny that a “communications company” can’t communicate properly. Guess I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated. Edit - I was called back again by the rep, so it seems a technical glitch and he made the effort to call back so I adjusted the review. Thank you. However, I find the cost of repair to be more than I can afford.
Absolutely terrible experience! They be scamming everybody! I bought a new iPhone 16 pro max two days ago and I went to them to install screen protector and camera protector, I told them I want to see the product first and then you can install it, they opened the package and then forced me to buy it and I bought them for 40$ ( it’s not worth more than 10$) I said ok not a big deal only 40 dollors.
