I called this main office to figure out the procedure on how to get my screen protector replaced for free since the person that applied it at one of their boutique, messed up. An agent said that she will call the boutique to let them know that I'll pass by with my name, date & time. Once I got to the boutique, the representative was clueless of what I was talking about, but luckily for me he was nice enough replace my screen protector.

I had lost wifi capability on my iPhone. My service provider was unable to help and apple support was unable to fix the problem as well. Shadi in the Highland Square location was most helpful. He was polite, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend taking your devices to him for assistance.
