Allez acheter vos étui ailleur. Ils vous laisse acheter un étui sans l'essayer en omettant de mentionner qu'il ne font aucun remboursement. Maintenant je suis prise avec un étui pas ajuster à mon téléphone. Ca fait 3 fois que je me déplace en me faisant dire qu'ils vont trouver une solution pour moi mais si je prend un autre etui moins chère ils refuse de rembourser la différence de prix.

I was very happy with the service at Mobile Snap. I brought in my phone for a screen repair and the team did a free diagnosis and gave me a clear cost estimate. The repair was done quickly and the phone works perfectly. They also had a good selection of quality protective cases in store. Nice friendly staff, good communication, and I feel confident using them again.

J’ai eu une super expérience chez Mobile Snap au Carrefour Laval! Ils ont changé la batterie de mon téléphone, et par accident mon écran s’est fissuré pendant la réparation. Au lieu de me laisser avec le problème, ils ont réglé ça gratuitement, sans aucune chicane. Le service a été rapide, professionnel et très gentil du début à la fin. Je recommande fortement — des gens honnêtes et attentionnés, ça se fait rare! 👏📱
