The business was responsive, did come at scheduled time and did resolve the issue. Apparently some gas had solidified in the line. He fixed it in about 5 minutes and charged $225. I would consider it a rip off for $225 for 5 minutes of work. It would be cheaper to rent a u-haul trailer for $15 bucks and drive it to a shop with more reputable pricing. I'd rather they said there will be a $75 trip charge plus $100 an hour labor rate (or whatever). Nice, friendly, just was not happy with pricing model.
