Robert was great on the first visit. However, when I went to use the mower, it still did not function properly. It would not run. I have tried multiple times to get him to come back to finish the repair. I have been assured that he would be there the next day multiple times. There has never been a call to let me know he was not coming. It is a month later and I am still with out a working mower. Robert has come back and resolved the issue.
This company deserves more than 5 stars! It was 11:30am, and I had just filled the gas tank on my pressure washer when I noticed that gas was trickling…then streaming, and finally pouring out of the carburetor. Excellent service is a guaranteed if you call Mobile Small Engine Repair, the company owned and operated by Mr. Robert Ross. I didn't know what to do when my push lawnmower died. I couldn't lift it into my car and thought I would have to go buy a new one so that I could at least get it delivered. Thank goodness I came to YP! I needed my lawn more repaired. I looked at YP and found Robert. I can honestly say this was one smart decision. He came to my house, cleaned out the carburetor, put in a new filter, changed the oil, cleaned out all of the old gas, put clean gas in it, sharpened the blades...and the bill was only $85! The mower starts with one easy pull. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely refer him to everyone, and if and when I ever need anything fixed, Robert will be the one that I call! Robert Ross came to my house to fix my lawnmower; his number is 678-913-5489. He is super nice and very reasonably priced, especially since he will come to you house to fix your mower. He works on riders as well as push mowers. My mower runs like new!
Robert is amazing. He arrived at my house with his workshop in the back of his panel truck and set to work on repairing my 10 year old Honda Harmony lawnmower. He cleaned out the fuel line, cleaned the carburetor, straightened the bent crank shaft, and showed me how to get better performance out of the mower. He finished in less than an hour and presented a bill for $75.
