Gentleman came out the next day after I called him. He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix our Troy-Bilt snowblower. He is very pleasant to deal with and reasonably priced. Thank you
Having read the positive reviews I hired Shawn to fix an intermittent issue with my snow blower chute and to do a full maintenance service on the machine. The service was unprofessional. He left my machine in worse shape than before he started the repair. While attempting to replace one cable, the deflector stopped working too and caused the chute to not go in either direction and stopped working entirely.
