Amazing service from Shawn, arrive in time and did the fix in like 30 minutes and it’s very convenient avoiding taking snow blower to a workshop , I really recommend him to save your time 👍

Having read the positive reviews I hired Shawn to fix an intermittent issue with my snow blower chute and to do a full maintenance service on the machine. The service was unprofessional. He left my machine in worse shape than before he started the repair. While attempting to replace one cable, the deflector stopped working too and caused the chute to not go in either direction and stopped working entirely.
