Being from the Midwest and normally only camping in the summer months we don't use our furnace very often. Snowbirding this year with some cooler temperatures in Bay St. Louis we needed to turn it on. It didn't seem to warm RV very well and exhaust on outside was emitting a smoke. Elon had an appointment the next day. He came to our site, resolved our issue, and we've been comfortably warm since. His pricing is fair.
