For months I turned to them because I was informed that they were service providers for my warranty. He never put in a single work order while he was a tech for Keystone. He never informed me that he no longer was a service provider for Keystone. On top of that, he never came back to fix anything and let my warranty run out. Our refrigerator kept blowing a fuse and no one could help us find the issue. We called Robert and he was able to come quickly and find the issue. So very thankful to have found him.
Mr. Robert is the consummate professional. When I found myself with no power in my travel trailer in the dead of winter I was in a bad situation. No furnace , no hot water , no 120v in outlets . No one in the East Dublin , Dublin area could help . A call to Mr Robert resolved my emergency. He repaired my issue and I had the creature comforts of a fully working camper in zero time . Robert was a trip saver!! One day/night into a month long trip and the frig stopped working on propane. We gave Robert a call and he was able to meet us within an hour to service the frig. A few quick diagnostics & Robert had the issue resolved! I must say, for the timely and effect service, Robert's prices are extremely competitive!!
