Our front slide got knocked of alignment leaving a 1 inch gap at the bottom on one side. Bob came out, confirmed the problem and worked with the manufacturer to learn the recommended solution which was complex. He studied the problem and devised a simpler fix saving time and money. He explained what he was doing. Excellent work!
Happy to say that this company was professional, technically, competent, honest and reliable. Which they were local to Colorado. Mike also recommended restaurants and wineries to visit from a local point of view. He was so spot on.
What a blessing having Bob! We had a bad hail come through the rv park, Bob was so very helpful and quick to help us out. We highly recommend Bob and his company!
A lot of confusion about our hail damaged skylight. Thought that Tech had inspected damaged and ordered part. That didn't happen. When he did show up I was told he didn't inspected damage and that he would have to order parts. I then said that I would replace myself when I got home. I then asked if he could tape up. He did at a charge of $217.25. for 15 minutes of work and 2 foot of tape. Will never use them again.
We called this company and they had great customer service. They stayed in contact on when they can come out. They were able to come out same day and even educated me on what to look for in the future. Thank you Mike for your great service!!
