Bob was outstanding on helping us over the phone and saving himself a hour long drive. Answers the phone and doesn’t take Saturdays off, like others. Absolutely recommend this company for your mobile rv service.
We lost power and couldn’t figure it out so I called Mike and he came to our rescue on a rainy Sunday. He was able to pinpoint our problem and get us up and going. Very knowledgeable and great to work with. Definitely recommend!!
My AC went out while on vacation and had Bob come out and got us going with a replacement part within a short amount of time. Great response time, very professional. Would highly recommend this company.
Bob came out on a Monday looked at the problem with one front jack. Spent some time on the phone to get the part needed. Then called my extended warranty and got that all figured out. Called on Thursday and the part is in. He came out and in no time finished. Jack working. If in the Kerrville Comfort area please call Mobile RV Solutions They are awesome.
Our front slide got knocked of alignment leaving a 1 inch gap at the bottom on one side. Bob came out, confirmed the problem and worked with the manufacturer to learn the recommended solution which was complex. He studied the problem and devised a simpler fix saving time and money. He explained what he was doing. Excellent work!
