Drew communicated with us concerning options and prior to his coming, we had a very positive feeling about him and his abilities. The next morning he arrived promptly and went right to work. He shared what he was troubleshooting and why. Upon diagnosing the problem he was meticulous in fixing it and even took care of another minor issue, leaving us completely satisfied. I called Drew at 8 am. To my surprise he answered. I explained my problem needing my refrigerator replaced and that I had the refrigerator. He told me that he would be down around 2 pm and change it out. He had to take the window out to get it in/out and reinstall the window. He is fast and very responsive and took great care of my rv. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be using him for all my rv needs.
He saved our vacation! Wonderful experience! So very thankful!
