Terrible experience. mr. Steve Hooper, the so called RV technician, started working on our RV, asked to get paid in advance because supposedly he had an emergency, took the money and never came back. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. After getting burned like that, did some research. It turns out this was a one off . other people told me the same thing, he starts working on something, collects the money and never comes back to finish it. Don't waste your time or money with this guy!
