We noticed that our full-length slide out topper was loose and called Southern Hospitality to take a look at it. We thought that "maybe" the spring was loose and needed re-tensioning. Kelly did a fast, efficient job of re-tensioning the full length slide out topper on our motorhome. He and tech, Chris, were professional and friendly and there when we needed them. Chris was great! He came out on a weekend for wheel hub work and did a super job! He took time to make sure it was done correctly and also inspected the brakes and underside of the camper as well. So much better than the local RV repair shop! I do cross country traveling and I definitely feel safe after his work. We will be using him again!!

We had a major and dangerous problem with our travel trailer’s wheel and brakes. It was amazing we even made it to the campground. A significant repair involving replacing the axles, bearings and brakes which had burned up was required. Kelly obtained the parts and he and Chris performed/completed the work in just two days at the campground — a significant accomplishment. We made the trip back home safely. We texted Southern Hospitality Mobile RV at 9:30 this evening because our furnace flame would not ignite. We were out by Meteor Crater and it was going to be a cold night without heat. He was down in Phoenix, but he texted us right back with a few troubleshooting steps and got us our heat back, literally in a matter of minutes. We are forever grateful and will definitely call him next time we need help in the Arizona area.

Very thankful to have found them. I needed someone to look at my trailer in Ashfork. It is a good distance from them and I live hours away myself. They were nice and helpful on the phone, they understood my situation and was easy to work with to coordinate a day/time. They identified the problem, ordered parts and fixed my heater on my 1995 trailer. Thank you guys so much for traveling and communicating!
