I called about needing my fridge replaced and they were super quick to respond and help me to get everything ordered and booked. Then, while parts were arriving, my furnace stopped working. I messaged them and they quickly let me know they would take a look at it while here for repair. The technician was very helpful and had the fridge replaced in no time. The furnace caused issues and unfortunately required a part that was not available that day. But they came back the next day and had it fixed super quickly. They were al... read more

I have a camper van and had a plumbing leak. It was a challenging fix and it took longer than anticipated, but Chris was great and got the job done. I really appreciate the services SH offers. It’s hard to find people to do this kind of work. Apryl is excellent with communication. The estimate and billing is timely and professional. Thanks Chris and Apryl!

We had a major and dangerous problem with our travel trailer’s wheel and brakes. It was amazing we even made it to the campground. I communicated with her for 3 days until the end of the day of the appointment. She was actually very pro... read more

We noticed that our full-length slide out topper was loose and called Southern Hospitality to take a look at it. We thought that "maybe" the spring was loose and needed re-tensioning. Kelly did a fast, efficient job of re-tensioning the full length slide out topper on our motorhome. He and tech, Chris, were professional and friendly and there when we needed them. However, adding tension to the slide topper did not solve the problem of its looseness. The real problem was that the stitching on the slide topper had ozone rotted... read more
