Some backdrop... I own an R-pod 2015 #178 and take tremendous pride in ownership as you can see from how it glows. With a little research, I called Mobile RV Repair NOW. He (Kyle) had a 4.9 on 5 reviews and his website reads ironclad mostly in his direction which led me to believe I would be working with a professional. Every delay was a red flag, rescheduling was a common occurance and his workday did not start until at least 2PM and sometimes he would arrive at 6PM. We've had the pleasure of having Kyle come out in do several jobs for us on our 16 ft cruiser RV. He always does a great job and he's reasonably priced considering what the larger RV dealers charge for their services in shop. Apparently they have a lot of overhead. At any rate whether it's at his site, where he did a great new roof job for us on our RV trailer, or coming to your place to do mobile work, like maintenance, and sealing up places that need to be kept sealed to prevent water damage, Kyle's worth a call, trust us.... read more
We had an excellent experience with Kyle from Mobile RV Repair Now over Memorial Day weekend. After experiencing a major issue with our new travel trailer, including a leaking hot water heater and problems with the water system, we called for assistance. Not only did they respond the same day on a holiday weekend, but they spent nearly five hours thoroughly diagnosing and repairing the issues. Kyle was prompt with communication and got to us as soon as he could. He fixed the problem with our RV power and was very knowledgeable! It was the battery cables were incorrectly marked and got crossed and hooked up wrong. Thank you Kyle!
Kyle is very knowledgeable about all things Camper. Although he hadn't worked on a Scamp travel trailer before, he was able to address our de winterizing issues and solved all the problems. We are so grateful he took the time he needed to get our camper up and running. He is professional, communicative and very friendly. We recommend him highly!
