We called Jeff for help with our generator not starting. Since he lived 2 hours away from us, he helped us through email, walking us through the steps to get to the final problem . Had an electrical problem, the camper would not accept external power. It happened at a campground over the weekend, but I could drive the motorhome to my house. Monday, I called 3 repair shops and they were each booked into September. I called Jeff and he was here in less than an hour. His diagnosis was quick and accurate. He had to get the needed part, and said he would be back that afternoon. He was actually back late morning and the fix was completed by noon. Our awning for damaged during a storm. I got a fast response after I left a message and a quote to get it fixed the same day. After we unrolled the awning we saw it was ripped from the storm as well. Easy peasy to get that added to our order. Came this morning and fixed everything. Definitely would recommend
Seems to do good work, but way to expensive. I'll try someone else when the need arises again.
Excellent service and affordable. Jeff is very knowledgeable and had our slide out repaired in no time. Highly recommend him! Put him in my phone on speed dial.
