Had an issue with my Onan generator on my Lance TC. In talking with Jeff on the phone he was thinking the wire harness might need to be replaced. He came to our house and determined there was a broken wire which he repaired at a reasonable price. I would definitely use his services again as well as recommend him to others.
We recently arrived in Pennsylvania with a pesky electrical issue. It was a 2 hour drive between us and Jeff, and he felt it was a simple fix. He spent time with us on the phone, walked us through a few steps, and now our electrical system is humming. Wonderful customer service!! Thank you Jeff from Randy and Gabi :)
Jeff was a huge help when I had an issue with my RV that could have left me stranded. I called so many places and he was the only one to get back to me and the only one to actually help me! Got me back on the road and home. Thank you :)
Our refrigerator wasn’t working when traveling. Jeff was really knowledgeable and was able to trace where the problem was. It was a wire that was wired wrong. And the price was reasonable.
We called Jeff for help with our generator not starting. Since he lived 2 hours away from us, he helped us through email, walking us through the steps to get to the final problem .
