Bob came out and told me he would be back the next day with his son to do the repairs. The next day around noon he called and said they won’t be able to help me. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I liked Bob when he came to fix our issue the first time, but he got sick and someone else took over. He said he can’t fix our issue because he doesn’t have help, fine. But I got the feeling that he was being very dismissive of our other problems and hung up with an “I appreciate you” after finally getting a hold of him in a couple of months. Very disappointed.

Very professional. We originally asked him to come to our location at a RV park but he asked where we were headed and we happen to be headed toward him so he said he could meet us on the way to save us the call out fee. He was prompt and courteous when we met. He quoted us a bit more but had finished the job quicker than expected so he dropped the price which I found to be quite honest. He repaired our issue and had us back on vacation in no time. I highly recommend calling if you find yourself in a jam.
