Not good friends...not good at all. Provided me with an invoice than included a charge I had already paid, then changed the invoice to accommodate the added charge after I made them aware of it...very shady. I confronted them and they skirted around the issue talking in circles but never really explaining the added charge so ultimately they "did me a favor" and deducted it.
