I have used these guys a couple of times for service. It sure beats going to a dealership, by far. I had them service my wheel bearings and just now, a furnace issue. Colbey was professional and courteous. Got straight to the problem and solved within minutes. Even took the time to show me what to do if the issue comes up again.
The first phone call was easy. He came and crawled under my trailer in a rainstorm. He came back with new parts a few days later, and it only took him a few minutes to put it in. A really nice fella. It was all good and easy. And I'd have him back to do another problem. And it all ended up being cheaper than the last guy I took it to in a trailer shop.
Great service from both Jared and Colby. We’ve been using them for winterization and de-winterizing for years and have no plan to change.
The tech came the same day and was done in less than an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
