Terrible service and crooks. Used them in the past and they'd come.over.and actually fix the problem and I'd pay right then a there. They tried charging 160.just to hear them tell me what it was going to cost to fix ..stay away from these crooks . Trash company
Be careful, they are not honest, and they quote unnecessary work, hire someone who takes on warranty work as well as insurance claims.....
The tech was excellent. He solved my problem immediately.
Had an appointment to fix brakes they cancelled on me on Friday then Saturday. Then didn't even bother to call me Monday morning to let me know what's going on I finally called them at 9:30 and the person was very rude to me talking about how she had all these problems with her technicians and accidents and other excuses, Facts are I bought all the parts so they could install them then they don't show. I paid more for parts than I could have ordered them for but to get the job done that's fine but I could have just had them ... read more
I had use this service multiple times and had great results I really appreciated the tech that came out the two times I had requested they came out, but then I had a horrible experience with the tech Ron, he mis diagnosed the problem in turn it, I now have to replace my whole water heater.
